KRISTEN WHITE (Chairman)
Kristen has been involved in Touch Football for 20 years and has been an active member of the BMTA Touch Football community for over 10 years. She has been involved as a player, parent, coach and team manager at club, affiliate, regional and state level over this time. Kristen joined the BMTA board in 2016 and as a business person brings with her a wide range of experience and a passion for Touch Football.
Kristen is committed to working to make BMTA a leading Touch Football affiliate.
LEEANNE BAUER (Secretary)
Leeanne has been involved in Touch Football for over 30 years and has been an active member of the Brisbane Touch Football community for over fifteen years, as a player, parent and coach. Leeanne is active on the Queensland Secondary Schools Touch Committee, Brisbane City Cobras Board and has coached and managed teams at regional, Queensland and national level.
Leeanne brings a range of skills that she hopes will bring improved outcomes for all members.
JOHN MASTERS (Treasurer)
John has been involved in sport since he was born. Representative rugby league player, swimmer and triathlete. John sits on the Metropolitan East School Sport Board, is the treasurer of the Queensland School Sport 10 – 12 yrs committee, is a life member of the same organisation and coached Queensland rugby league teams from 2011 – 2013.
John is currently the acting RSSO of Metropolitan East School Sport, coach of the U/10 East Carina Rugby League team, age leader at Broadbeach SLSC and coach of the Southern Storm Boyz.
John is in his 2nd term on the board and comes with a range of assets that bring a different perspective, invigorate discussion and improve outcomes for all members.
Michelle has been involved in sport for over 30 years as a player, coach, manager and administrator at a club, regional, state and national level. Michelle has been involved in Touch Football for 20 years and has been a member of Uni Rebels Touch Club for over 15 years.
Michelle also has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in sport and event management with over 8 years’ experience as a sports administrator and event manager.
Kate has been involved in Touch Football at BMTA for the last 20 years. Some of the positions Kate has held are, player at local and national levels, coach, manager, staff member, volunteer and referee with BMTA. Along with these positions, Kate is also a state and national level Referee Manager.
Kate is a new Board member and wishes to bring her experiences and passion for Touch Football to help develop BMTA.
